Terms and Conditions

At SSM Chauffeurs, our Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and reliable experience for every client.

By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via our official channels, including website, email, or WhatsApp.
A booking is considered confirmed only once acknowledged by our team.

2. Vehicle & Chauffeur Service

The vehicle provided will match the confirmed booking. Any changes, if required, will only be made with prior client approval.

All services are delivered by professional, trained chauffeurs committed to punctuality, safety, and high service standards. Assistance with luggage will be provided within reasonable limits.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept:

  • Credit / Debit Cards

  • Bank Transfers

  • Cash (AED / USD)

Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or itinerary changes.

4. Waiting Time Policy

A standard 15-minute grace period is included in all bookings.

  • Waiting time charges begin from the scheduled pickup time

  • Additional waiting will be charged as per agreed rates

  • Charges apply if the client is delayed or requests extended waiting

  • ​

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund

  • Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable

For GCC transfers, bookings are non-refundable in case of visa or border-related issues.
In case of any operational issue from our side, a suitable alternative will always be arranged.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate booking details

  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location

  • Treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal substances or hazardous materials

  • Weapons or restricted items

  • ​

7. Delays & Liability

While we always strive for punctuality, SSM Chauffeurs is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather

  • Border procedures

  • Government regulations or unforeseen circumstances

We are also not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

8. Additional Charges

Extra charges may apply for:

  • Waiting time

  • Additional stops

  • Overtime usage

Unused hours in hourly or daily bookings cannot be carried forward.

9. Data Privacy

All client information is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for service-related purposes.

10. General

These Terms represent the full agreement between SSM Chauffeurs and the client.
By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
